update:ive managed to reflash it by turning on the pc->unplugging gpu->replugging after keyboard lights up->uninstalling amd drivers(they cause pc to freeze due to amd crash)->flashing the card with atiflah. thank u @VuurVOS for the help just one more question do u think this can be faked
