Gentlemen, regarding the spatial sound format "Dolby Atmos for Built-In Speakers", in addition to having Dolby Audio as a requirement instead of Dolby Atmos and it will ONLY work for those who have the license for Dolby Atmos for Headphones.
This is what I was supposed to comment. I had to buy the license but I didn't regret buying it. AAF Driver + THX Audio + Dolby Atmos Headphone...

I tried this on my system and neither Dolby Atmos nor DTS:X Ultra seem to be working. I already have deleted all the drivers and have done fresh multiple times. Any help would be appreciated.

You need to turn off automatic drivers updates for windows, which is actually tricky because I did all three methods on my system and it still updates the momemt I restart if I am connected to the internet. So, yes, turn internet connection off until you finished installing to be sure.
