i wonder why i bounce a M1A2 AP on a Termi 2 upper glacis ... yet ... (can only pen it frontaly base turret or turret (half dmg) or lower glacis for full )

tho ... the BMPT-72 is based of the T-72A and the Ramka is based of the T-90 ... i wonder why they did put the Termi 2 in T9, it's beyond me... better gunnery weaker chassis base? ... pfeh ... oh well if i need to go shishkin AFV i will wait T10 and go T-15 HIFV and skip the termi 2, not that i am there already since i have only Ramka at 44% and Warrior at 78% i guess T9 shish will me either M8 or T-90MS

i still play from time to time and still like it ... as i see nothing that can discourage me

tho i am more on Overwatch, Skyrim, ROTTR DOOM and some other games lately

Looks like you just happen to know all the good paths. Every time I want to get from point A to Tier 10 I take the muddy road and now I'm up to my neck in bizarre upper plate penetrations and toxic Polish players. Just ask my 2A6 and all the months of random normalizations / random M8 turret penetrations. michal had it easy; he came when the 2A6 was finally fixed.

Good to have other games on the side, I guess. At least that's what I'm doing, and what I'll be doing a lot more of when I get this U2515H and GPU upgrade in September.

I noticed quite some GPU power there; my limit will be either RX 480 or GTX 1060 because the card needs to be 6-inch long and run off of a single 6/8 pin, but if the 1060 at least it'll be the equivalent of a GTX 980, which is more than enough for me @ 1440p. Anyways, screen is more of a priority for me. U2515H is a beauty. (also, your 1070 is OP even for 1440p lmao)

Sucks as I don't have any more 50% or 100% bonuses and the 2A6 is usually bottom of the list (while my shitty tin can is actually top of the list ). ALso can't play LT for the life of me so no PL-01 though it is a good tank. I think I really fucked up on my T9 decision; I really needed a good all-rounder, and neither 2A6 nor T2 are (2A6 not enough health/potential health and utterly worthless ammo capacity, T2 just frigging suck, it's like a kamikaze, great for getting blue ribbons but never actually surviving in the process). Now my only decent "MBT" (M1A1) can't even play in T10 matches because of the new 1-tier rule. I should have stuck to my guns and either gotten the Chally 2 (fuck you OE, misleading Leopard armor), or finished my BMP and Cent and gotten M1A2 or Draco.

I'm going to finish that 45% Warrior of mine for a Chally because I really cannot stand this stuff. Then maybe one day I can get rid of the 2A6 for a XM1A3. Maybe. One day. Maybe a T-90MS instead. As much as I hate those Russian autoloaders, at least it hits hard unlike the Leopard that says it hits hard but actually has a drunk gun, terrible alpha dmg and complete inept ammo capacity. Great for intimidation factor in PvP, terrible for everything else.

Yeah, I SPG'd in PVE until I needed more money so I sold my Akatsiya. A highly exciting experience, but not always fortunate. Rather unfortunate, actually, as I sold the entire experience just to fund the aforementioned tin can.

Then you know where to find me on the weekend. Don't need to say any more; 100% bonus is good enough!

Also - M109A6 is just about as far from patriotic as you can get Paladin is a digital upgrade for M109 basically, the range is still as shit as ever; KAWEST is actually a big overhaul and makes it finally competitive against others like Panzerhaubitze 2K and MSTA-S.

I went and got the AMX-10RC because I couldn't resist my curiosity. It's such a godly deliverer-of-death-on-wheels in Project Reality that I had to see what it's like in AW. Not disappointed.



I've taken some time to play 0.16 and it's actually quite an improvement. Even with 200 ping, the reduction in shot delay is definitely noticeable. The sounds are way better now, but also a lot more polished (no more random cutting of sounds / sounds actually feel a lot more realistic and less digital, especially engines). I can't say it's excellent, because sadly the T2's ERA and front hull are still broken as hell, but it's a good step towards a release, I guess. Does well to clean up 0.15's complete mess, if you will.



I'm starting to like the FV510 more and more, even with 200 ping (definitely more manageable than T2 on 200 ping). I'm certainly impressed with the new engine sound for the Warrior, as its newfound high-pitched whine is actually quite close to the real deal (a little less throaty of a sound than IRL but still a helluva lot better than the old generic engine sound).

Was also quite surprised to ammorack a T90MS boss today, not because it's the first ammorack I've done in many months, but because of the accuracy of the ammorack's location; I remembered that all T-72 vehicles have that circular floor-mounted autoloader carousel, so that's where I aimed and surely enough, OE did not disappoint. 1996dmg ammorack.

The M60-2000 is such garbage that I'll probably just get the Falcon, but I also noticed that it has a lot less hull and turret armor than the regular Challenger, though it is a tier higher. I might have to wait for the reviews.

@GreiverBlade no post complete without speculation from me! Here's what looks like a T-64BM Bulat, all well implemented within the game:

Could be interesting, given that it's technically one of the most modern and advanced tanks available in Eastern Europe today, second only to T-14 and Oplot-M. It is definitely a T-64BM and not a T-80U because of the small size and "smoothness" of the characteristic T-64 roadwheels. If devs are faithful this should be a Tier 6/7.

Also, game files for K1A1 and K2 Black Panther, apparently. Let's not forget that the K1-88 is developed from the winner of the XM1 competition, which is why it looks so similar to the Chrysler prototype, but the K2 is bound to be one hell of a badass.



Also, Challenger 1 Falcon does only have 550mm of front hull, which makes me very hesitant to get it, and since M1A1 has always been my go-to lockrep farming machine I might just sit this one out. Come on, 550mm @ T8 is garbage. My M1A1 has 654mm, for god's sake and this is a Challenger.

I took a break for a while but I come back after 0.16.
Very nice patch. I like almost everything. Just 2 annoying bugs: spotting something and it's not showing on map/minimap until it fires and activating a boost and losing two.

Anyway I celebrate 0.16 buying Armata. Beware.

Stuck with the game myself... but game is practically dead for PvP in NA. Patch brought some nice changes and 400% XP boost events are great. Got the following:

T-90MS & T-14
Leopard 2A6
Challenger 2

Not sure if I should spend $10 million + on the last upgrades and retrofits as they don't make much of a difference in PvE.

Man what can I say? I have retrofits on all my tanks and I'm playing only PvE.
My Armata costs 23 mil. I have 3 retrofits on it worth 21 mil.
Does it matter? I'd say yes. My reload went down from ~9 sec to 7.8 sec and my aiming time and accuracy went down too (forgot numbers but they are low with retrofits and crew training).

I can now see why half of all people choose to make this their first T9. This b*tch takes all effort out of AW. Never have I experienced such laziness in my life. There is literally no incentive to move until the map objective changes.

Gonna get rid of these half-progressed T8s before moving onto T10. Good that now I can finally focus on getting rid of my half-finished 2A6. The new loot system helps a lot with progression. Hope you all caught on to today's 100% boost for Belgian National Day or something.

Ah well, no matter; I'm sure that you took advantage of 400% unlike me and with these new crate boosts, progression isn't even a problem anymore. Heck, it's been less than 2 days since I got the Chally and now I'm @ 21%, and half the time I was playing PvP. Since I can't play the T2 properly on this ridiculous ping (spiked multiple times to 2000ms whenever I wasn't the only one in the house on wifi, and I can't get ethernet in this house due to the location of the room) and I really hate the 2A6 after the Challenger, I was thinking I'd just make an upgrade to the ATDU afterwards. But they also buffed the T-15 yesterday and now that it isn't paper like the T2, I might just get that as my first T10.

August 1st sounds nice but I'll probably be on the road (plane, rather) again. So half a month without the ability to play anything. If I don't get my T10 by then, I may as well take an extended break from this game.
