Why did you test this with FSR instead of MSAA? Nvidia's performance melts with this, I noticed :p

All Nvidia has to do to make Blackwell shine is stop optimizing the old generation and you’d never even notice, lol.

There's definitely a driver issue here... the 4090 being only 22% faster than a 3080 Ti isn't something normal.

Here are some recent tests from GameGPU andit's pretty night and day :p

No DLSS Support is not a problem since the game can use MSAA 4x which is better than DLSS since it has to use TAA by default, whereas MSAA works with the Native image (with Aliasing).
MSAA not give u FPS boost..

It seems many ppls dont realy know DLSS = lot of free FPS
And some ppls not play highend Gpus so DLSS helps a lot, also if gaming higher resolution.

Benchmark Scores My PC can run Crysis. Do I really need more than that?
DLSS = lot of free FPS
DLSS = a solid chunk of additional performance at the cost of image quality and stability. It's better than just lowering the resolution but it's still not free.

Anyway, not really relevant for this game, lots of dudes are doomed to have lag spikes because of their CPUs being much weaker than 9800X3D.

RDNA 3 also seems to hate MSAA...The 7900 GRE being equal to a 6800XT, the 7800XT regressing vs the 6800XT...and the RTX 3080...did they collectively decided to give up on MSAA optimization ?

5080 beats 4090 at all three resolutions.
First game title in TPU benchmarks to showcase that (excluding boosted AIB versions).
I got my 5080 today. And I beat a 450W stock 4090 with my 360W 5080 with OC.
Its a +500 on core and +2000 on VRAM OC (Afterburner is limits to 2000).
