Got my update queued on steam. Little over 7GB and its rough going on my 1gb/1gb connection. Their CDN is getting destroyed.

It goes without saying the next 24 hours may be the single worst day to play this game. Both sets of servers are likely to be overloaded for awhile.

If you get this and neither download not unpacking is happening, restart Steam. That should kick it off.
Their setup in Steam kind of sucks. Unpacking the preload after release is fun and all but moving that 54GB around isn't exactly quick.
