That sucks. Let's go through what has already been done, what is no longer a culprit, and what can still be a culprit.
  • Replaced the PSU (didn't fix it)
  • Reset voltages in BIOS to auto (didn't fix it)
  • Tested the RAM (not faulty)
  • Reinstalled Windows (fixed it for a while but then it came back)
  • Cleaned out the PC a bit (didn't fix it)
  • Checked the SSD with CrystalDiskInfo (looked fine)
Potential culprits:
  • Loose (not properly seated) SSD
  • Bad motherboard
  • Bad GPU
Things I'd do:
  • Reseat the SSD
  • Run FurMark until it crashes
  • Run Prime95 or Cinebench 2024 until it crashes
Note: stress tests should be performed from cold (shut down the PC, wait a bit, turn it back on, run tests)

Hello , so i tried both benchmarking tools "Furmark and Cinebench R23", 20min gpu stress test and 10min mullticore and 30 min single core, everything went well.
thing i noticed is that the "Power Delivery Deviation was about 78% in the multicore test

I'm still getting BSOD (Hypervisor Error) when idle, and black screen while gaming
We don't have a lot of culprits left, so I'm suspecting it's a bad motherboard or bad GPU. Do you happen to have a spare GPU to test in your PC just in case it's that?

I thought of motherboard or cpu or power source (i mean power plug), and unfortunately I don't have separate gpu

i dont know why i have this error while the Virtualization is Enabled on Task Manager
