If EKWB people have any political connections, they will not be extradited. And if one lands in jail/prison (no difference here in Slovenia) there are chances he will be pardoned by the president. In neo-socialist state things are run a little bit differently as in full functioning democracies. For example, a judicial branch is, in practice, not independent. May not be as bad as I have written it, but those things do not function as in the US or Western Europe. Hence smaller wages because of corruption and socialist thinking.
