Are you sure ATI cards are made to run Havok Physx. Like the Wii and I believe the Xbox 360 use it aswell.
Just like how Need For Speed SHIFT and SHIFT 2 Unleashed used nVidia PhysX, but its only using the CPU, not the GPU acceleration. PhysX, Havok, Bullet (through OpenCL) etc. needs to be configured in the program code weather it will use the CPU or GPU for acceleration.
