To be fair, developers have muddied the waters in the past few years with what is and isn't a demo by releasing them as separate products titled Game Name: Prologue or some other variation (although there are some genuine ones as well).

That said, I'm for keeping both types of demos out of this thread.

Just an idea.
Personally I don't get notifications from this thread, so I don't care if it is free stuff only for those having a Prime account or free demos that are not free games (for over 20 years I know that demos are not games), because I don't get notified!
I just have replaced my bookmark for TPU in my bookmarks toolbar with this one

Epic is kinda weird, some games come on and off the free games list. I'm not 100% but I think Control is one of them.

The game is old and probably most people forgot about it or don't care anymore to buy and play this game.
By giving the game for free the developer hopes that someone will be interested enough to at least buy the DLCs.
If they start offering those DLCs for free, then we can be sure that they don't expect any more income from that game.
