Regarding the Hot Wheels game, when grabbing it remember to check the addons section. There is a ton of free DLC up for grabs too, some are also 80% off and you can probably cover it with the leftover cash from Epic rewards if you have any

ive pld Quake 2 since it originally released , stopped for a few years until the Q2 remaster came out, servers have a quite a few players on them even now, seem to be able to get a game whatever time of day it is.

i never liked Q3/Quakelive

i tried Quake 2 RTX on my old GTX 1070, it did run.... at around 5-6fps

I hated it, I was on 56k the first couple years, but I wanted to keep everything CS and HL mod related up to date.
