Yeh pretty darn big box. When the EB Games sales guy came out from the store room I thought he brought out a special/limited edition game due to the size. Definitely the most discs I've seen in a single game box.

wow, despite having so-so GPU, im running it on fluid framerates high-very high then again, i only have 1600 x 900 monitor so i was able to extract more performance

Does anyone know where the in-game benchmark tool is? I looked through all the menus and couldn't find it. Apparently it's in the advanced graphics menu, but I couldn;t see it there.

Well I played last night with Erocker, Brandon, Taco and Reayth and I gotta say the game itself is pretty mind blowing. The size of the map you could easily fit all of BF4 maps into at one time! The level of detail for that size map is amazing. I mean shot up a half dozen cops, stole a bus and literally rode a roller coaster within about 10 minutes. ALL in FPS.

I was never a fan of GTA games but for those who are on the fence.......BUY IT. Its worth every penny! FPS is the way this game is meant to be played IMO.

I can seem myself dumping a LOT of hours into this one.

Settings: I turned the nvidia panel settings UP and now it looks very good and smooth. The map is fantastic.

Is there a DRM free retail dvd version for PC? I'd like to physically own the game, as I own every other GTA game on physical disk. I'd like to install on my two computers too. Don't want to buy a retail DVD copy and then enter a code or something that gives me one time account use.

Unless you get a game on gog, there's no such thing as DRM free, especially for an AAA title. The medium it comes in makes no difference, it still has DRM.

Yea, I was never a fan until I bought GTA IV. I don't normally like 3rd person games, but they do it right. Now with 1st person it's even better. So, I have to suggest if you have never played GTA IV then pick it up cheap and play it as well. Of course after V.. lol

Im all about the FPS and multiplayer. This game has it all. However I need to start doing jobs online. Otherwise I can see myself going broke robbing hookers for ammo money.

The Rockstar Editor is exclusive to the PC version of GTAV, offering tools that allow players to cut up in-game shots, create unique scenes with hand-selected characters, animals and physics, and basically mess around even more in sunny Los Santos. We're talking about a movie editor here, not a level editor, meaning players will be able to really rev up their creative engines. Imagine re-creating Furious 7, for example -- or maybe even Furious 8 (Now with 150 percent more bald dudes!). Take a look at the sweet editing suite coming to GTAV on PC in the new trailer below.

Ok so I tried to play the first mission, maybe a silly question but I don't know how to pick up the money!
I tried the keys from a-z but I just keep the gun in my hand and I cannot find a way to pick up that money in the first mission!
Anyone?

Thanks, that's good to know, our system spec are pretty much close and I also use 20 inch LED, 1600x900

Yea, robbing hookers really does give you the most return for your investment. lol

Just took a jet-ski or waterbike as we call them. Waves are definitely better than BF4 waves!
Then I piloted a zeppelin, great views, and froma high altitud I left the cabin, the fall was EPIC. I died, black screen, and then next screen was when my personae walked out of the hospital, hahahahahah

The mechanics of this GTA is the same for all over GTA's before it just with MANY updated features. Yes you walk over the money or guns to pick them up

I dont but there is a bug and people need to finish the first two missions for the benchmark to operate correctly.
