i wanted to post before already, but oh well... you are not runing cmd.exe as administrator but as a user Callum. You should right click command prompt and "run as administrator".

well. i'm too tired

totaly understandable. We all apriciate work you try to do here, even tho im not having 2nd card anymore, so i cant try/use this new mod for 195.x drivers anymore, but i was using old mod (for 190.x) and it was working great! im sure this one does as well, for those that can install it properly :) main issue is insturctions are totaly clear (at least for me) and "run as administrator" means EXACTLY that (or use build in admin acc, if you have it enabled like i have). If something does not work, people can also open batch files and do each step manualy and see where it crashes. Just heads up for this is "alpha" and i guess problems are expected, this are kernel hacks we (you) are playing with that needs highest system privilages, so follow instructions carefuly!

type bcdedit.exe
make a SS

That screen was after I typed InstallSli.cmd :/

I figured since in the title of the window it said "Administrator" that it was doing that?

hm, honestly i dont know how standard user is looking like anymore, since im using build in admin account as default user account since ages. However i do know that default path command prompt opens is %HOMEDRIVE%%HOMEPATH% and it looks thats in your case C:\Users\Callum so i suspected user is Callum.

and do what i said

I did and it says "Patch Updated" not "Patch Installed" even though it hasn't been and is not installed :|

Shall I reboot and try again to install it?
