To disable test mode open a command prompt and enter the following command:

bcdedit /set TESTSIGNING OFF

and reboot your computer, note this will also disable the patched video driver, sli mode will not be available.

I'd rather not run the Install.cmd on my end unless I'm actually updating my driver, I can read a little of your Install.cmd text
the parts I'm mostly interested in are the following:

There are no warnings, there doesn't seem to be any errors, 1 file was successfully processed

You can check this to a degree by going to "c:\windows\system32\drivers" and find the installed nvlddmkm.sys, it should have a date somewhere between 11/9/15 & todays date,
if the date is before 11/9/15, then it didn't install properly.
I always check the files.
install.cmd changes the file and throws it in the system32\drivers
checked not once, that's all right.
I reinstalled win-7, today I will try on the new system as I come home from work))

To aspec7878:

Unpack the certs rar file in to the tools folder let it overwrite the older files that are already there, read the readme file that was packed with the original patched file rar and follow the instructions there.

To mikemp3:

Hypersli is no longer used, the latest drivers it supported were 335.23, use differentsliauto now, see instructions below:

1. Go to http://www.geforce.com/drivers and download the latest drivers (358.91) for your version of windows.
2. Go here: http://www.gamefront.com/files/25329966/nvlddmkm-35891-7-8-81-vista-64bit.rar (This link assumes windows 7, 8, or 8.1 and this is 64 bit only, if you need the windows 10 version, see download links below).
3. Go here: https://github.com/EmberVulpix/DifferentSLIAuto/releases and download the 1.3 version of this package.
4. If you don't already have winrar installed, go here: http://www.rarlabs.com/download.htm and download the version of winrar for your system that is current and run the installer.
5. Unpack differentsliauto 1.3 to a folder of your choice (c:\diffsli13 for example).
6. Unpack the patched driver into the same folder you unpacked differentsliauto 1.3.
7. Run the official video driver installer you downloaded from nvidias' site and let it install the official drivers.
8. Once the official drivers are installed and the installer has finished, go back to where you unpacked differentsliauto 1.3 and you also have the patched nvlddmkm.sys.
9. Open a administrator level command prompt (hold down left-shift & right-click anywhere in the window (don't have any files high-lighted) and select 'open command window here'.
10. Run the 'Install.cmd' file, it should say 'success!' in green text at the bottom of the window if there were no errors.
11. Reboot your computer.
12. Go to your nvidia control panel and activate sli.

To iltoro:

Make sure you've installed the proper patched driver for your operating system, the version numbers have to match between the patched driver and the official driver installer,
Once you've rebooted it's normal for your system to be in test mode, the patched driver won't function if it's not. what makes you think the patched driver is not installed?
Usually that would be because of a error occurring during the running of the Install.cmd, or you went to the nvidia control panel and you still couldn't activate sli mode.
after you've rebooted your computer.

Based on what your saying, it sounds like the patched driver gets installed and is trying to run, but something on your system is conflicting with the driver, go here:

http://www.resplendence.com/downloads

And download and run "who crashed", hopefully there will be a crash log that this program can analyze and we can find out what is causing the crash, it's possible you might need to
update other drivers to resolve this problem.

Another thing I just thought of, you don't happen to have hypersli installed do you? If you
do that's probably what's causing your bluescreen, if this is the case run the hypersli
installer and select uninstall and reboot your computer.

strange. I did just Sli-mode. and again turn off cards. I launched the program "who crashed", but it only shows yesterday's crash

There's a little useful info here, try opening a administrator command prompt and type in the following:

SFC /scannow

This command will scan most of your windows drivers and hopefully repair any it finds bad, you might need your windows install disc handy for this and your motherboard driver disc too.

I'm starting to wonder if your motherboard might be failing itself, or your system ram is having problems, go here:

http://www.memtest86.com/download.htm

Download and run this program and see if your system ram comes back as ok.

You might also want to consider updating your motherboard drivers, go to your motherboard
site and see if there are any updates to the drivers.

What is the exact model of your motherboard? I want to check a few specs.

if there were problems with memory, I probably would have had some kind of system failures, but this is not happening. The computer is running like clockwork.
I certainly will check 'memtest', but I do not think that there will be errors in memory.

I checked the specs on your motherboard, it's more then good enough to run the patched driver, so either we have a hardware issue somewhere, or we still haven't found what driver is conflicting
with the patched driver, I'm reasonably sure it's not the patched driver itself since I'm running the same driver on my system and it's running fine.

I got this info from the specs page on your motherboard, read what it says here about your
pci slots, you might need to adjust some things in your bios: (especially number 2).

  1. 1 x PCI Express x16 slot, running at x16 (PCIEX16)
(The PCIEX16 slot conforms to PCI Express 3.0 standard.)
    * For optimum performance, if only one PCI Express graphics card is to be installed, be sure to install it in the PCIEX16 slot.
  2. 1 x PCI Express x16 slot, running at x4 (PCIEX4)
    * The PCIEX4 slot shares bandwidth with all PCI Express x1 slots. All PCI Express x1 slots will become unavailable when a PCIe x4 expansion card is installed.
    * When installing a x8 or above card in the PCIEX4 slot, make sure to set PCIE Slot Configuration in BIOS Setup to x4. (Refer to Chapter 2, "BIOS Setup," "Peripherals," for more information.)
  3. 2 x PCI Express x1 slots
(The PCIEX4 and the PCI Express x1 slots conform to PCI Express 2.0 standard.)
  4. 3 x PCI slots
