@Dr. Dro does any Socket 1700 DDR4 MB officially support 5333?

I was lucky to get the MSI MEG Z790 Tomahawk to run 5033. Lots of voltage :)

It's on the marketing material for the PG Riptide D4 that OP has, but it's got a big asterisk next to it saying that the officially supported speed is 3200.

But yea, you know Z690... feisty as it comes with memory, even the Ace I had (have, it's parked here and I still haven't gotten around diagnosing or cleaning it) would deadstop at 6400 with DDR5 and a 13900KS... so yeah. OP's a bit out of their league here I reckon

Above 4000 is will run in Gear2 Mode. Defeats the purpose of faster DDR4.
Nah, Always too much focus on tight latency.

Here's 4400mhz no problem. At the time seemed to perform well I think. 5.6ghz ambient 14700K MSI Z690-A within package power envelope 253w.

@gasolin , take note the part number in the confirmation box to the right and see if you can find a set. They OC pretty good ;)

Here is the current benchmarks One question why does the aidi64 benchmark take so long time, it's like 2 min

Usually don't take that long

4400mhz is possible with gear 2

4000mhz with all enabled cr 1T and gear 1

200 mhz increments 4200mhz and up won't do gear 1

This is what it can do
