That should be OK as long as the ThrottleStop folder is in the same location. Best to create a new INI if you decide to move ThrottleStop to a different folder or different drive.

Try running LatencyMon

It might show a badly behaving driver or something like that which could be causing your jitter issues.
I actually took a look with latencymon the other day. It was a Windows service that seemed to be creating issues. Just finished the reinstall and its working great so far. We'll see how long this hold up.
Since I have screenshots for throttlestop, I can just copy my settings that way instead of moving the ini. Let ya know if I hit any issues, appreciate the help you've given me!

Sorry for bumping the thread. I have a Strix G16 laptop with the same CPU. Do you need to set both the P core and P cache offset to the same value in order for the UV to take effect?

Usually. Do some Cinebench testing to confirm what works best.
I tested Cinebench 23 with -160mv on both core and cache and scored around 34k, a bit lower than the 35k I got previously with a setting of -160 core and -110 cache. Maybe it's the recent Windows and Asus bios update. I noticed that the core has a default Iccmax set to 240 and cache set to the highest 511.75. Perhaps I need to slide the core to that value as well? Will this increase my CPU temperature?
