Haha I love the dual oc model for RTX 40 series my own is just the black version of the RTX 4070 non-super and non-ti it does the job while using just shy of 200W under full load and it's just a great overall card which has a small foot print compared to other models.

I wish others would take notices and make smaller cards like this instead of 3fans and such or being overall chunky like FE and Reference models sometimes are.

Why not? It's a better card than literally anything AMD has at the same segment, current or previous generation. The 4070 was a financial stretch that the OP ultimately took but did not initially plan for. If you recommend the 7600 XT but not the 4060 Ti, you're not being honest with anyone including yourself. The 7700 XT falls outside the 4060 Ti's scope of a low-power card, and has an inferior feature set.
I'm NOT paying more than 250 EUR for an 8GB card.

not half way through 2024.
This^

has the shelf life of milk.
And that's putting it mildly.

I keep asking her if I could get it back so I can change the case out and then smash it with a sledgehammer.
XD!

Absolutely do not buy a 120 mm AIO, or even an AIO at all.

Sure.

A 320W card won't ever require the same treatment as a 450W one in terms of cooling capacity, as an example.

enough VRAM
And @192bit aka the PROPER 12GB VRAM configuration (2GB memory chips).

I am willing to give 160bit a shot though, ONLY if 3GB memory chips are used so we're talking about 15GB total VRAM capacity. Would love for @W1zzard to review one when/if such configuration becomes available for purchase in the form of say RTX 5060 series, RX 8600 series or a BMG SKU.

I would pick 7700XT over 6750XT given how quieter the first is. This bench is an enlightenment.

6750xt vs 7700xt - Check the fan rpm difference, maybe the models used and not the gen arch. differences themselves?

Anyway, 4070 is where Nvidia has price/perf value. Great choice :respect:

I am still waiting for rdna 4 and rtx 5000 to pick an upgrade from my 6650
