Premium graphics cards these days are a dime a dozen, and KFA2 seems to be a well-regarded AIB for some more exquisite designs based on NVIDIA graphics chips. Together with OverclockersUK, KFA2 is announcing the most premium of premium GTX 1080 Ti, the Hall of Fame "8 Pack Edition", which features a full custom design with KFA2's trademark aesthetics, triple 8-pin power connectors, triple-fan and triple-slot cooler an LCD display, and the highest stock clocks from any GTX 1080 Ti model so far - a base 1645 MHz with 1759 MHz boost and 1425 MHz memory clocks.

According to OverclockersUK, due to low yields of the cherry-picked GPUs that power these graphics cards, only 5 to 10 units are expected to be sold each month. The cards are currently available for pre-order with expected shipping date of May 26th... For the clean sum of £950. A premium pricing for a premium solution, indeed. If that pricing is a little to bold for you, you can opt for an "8 Pack Approved" graphics card, which is essentially the same package on a GPU with a lower 1607 MHz base, 1721 MHz boost, and 1376 MHz memory clocks. This one should retail for a more respectful £859.99.

Ugly just got a brand new meaning.

Well with vcards is mostly about performance not looks :)

"triple 8-pin power connectors" = three signs that one is tooled by marketing department.

And there will soon be

" has any one got the Bios for this Card and can i flash it to my ( Pick your card variant ) GTX 1080ti "
followed by
" I flashed my ( Pick your card variant ) GTX 1080ti with this bios and my Card don't work anymore"

Threads incoming soon

Lemme say it, whoever buys this or cards like these, is an idiot.

I could only justify this in a pure White build, I mean, this is the only fully white GPU one can find.

3x 8pin though. LOL

And pretty much everything else too actually, is ridiculous

If they didnt figure out a way to use the power it can deliver, meaning, add voltage and raise power limits, its price premium isnt worth it over say a gaming x or ftw3...

And yeah, it has a face only a mother can love.

Let me get this straight. There will be a HOF (shown last week), a HOF 8- pack approved, AND a HOF 8 Pack?
Targeting the dumb, dumber and dumbest. Just like those that buy an 1800x.

I predict ALL of them will have the SAME max o/c.

Doesn't anyone understand the point of this card? Its meant for extreme overclocking on LN2 and YES it has an unlocked voltage controller apparently although you need to get a super secret app from Galax/KFA2 or know how to interface with it yourself.

If that was the case, why would it come with such an elaborate fan?

So that it can be used normally as well? Thought of that?

and yet some fool will buy this

I like these cards, however I am in agreement as of this point I do not see a point to these premiums anymore. Unless they have magically found a way without hard modding to bypass the cards voltage locks then there is no point to 3 8 pins and all this extra hardware. Its a shame because they used to be awesome!

Though I will say the LCD screen idea is SWEEEEEETTTT!!!!

Yes I agree the voltage restrictions are absolutely ridiculous making every card overclock the same with Nvidia basing its reason on "reliability" when we know they just don't want Titan beater cards and also more RMAs from idiots. But this card IS unlockable if you have the right tool and as such is the reason for the 3x8-pin. Also it looks cool imo

3 slot ouch, are we back to Fermi era. I still have my ASUS GTX 580 somewhere and those needed 3 slot

Even so overclocking pascal and increasing voltages hardly affects the cards overclocking, this cards just a wank factor, like really 3 x 8 pin the standard power delivery on the FE is more than enough for any overclock within the cores limitations.

As if some extreme overclockers is going to go back and forth between LN2 and air. What a pain in the arse. Ever thought of that? It would be alot easier to go back and forth to a AIO liquid to Ln2 setup.

What is the possibility that they would send me one for my birthday?? I'll be 22 right the 26th of may as they launch it...

About the Same odds as receiving a 50kg Bag of Rocking horse poo with a gold bar at the bottom of the Bag >>> " for free"

Just about everyone complained about having 1 or 2, 8 pin connectors. Now there is 3?

The shroud needs a redesign, nothing like a dremel rotary cutter cant fix.

That's not normal.

With that said, I actually like it. It is deliciously ridiculous.
