I shortened our conversation in a few lines and laid it out, not sure what's pedantic about it but you're entitled to your opinion.
I also don't think I went wrong in any part of this conversation but feel free to point it out.
Never thought a simple correction followed by a question can result in all that attitude and what not but as you said, it's because you were being antagonized by someone else or whatever. So yeah sure, i'd love to move on because this discussion is beyond pointless.

If you are much older than 42 years. Okay? You know my generation had those things called walkman, cassetes, 286 computers, no internet, no land line telephone, no mobile phone, no television. Nearly no electrical tools, no coca cola, hardly any sweets, hardly any processed foods. We did not had those optical discs.
I was very friendly this time to not put some guys on ignore. Which I did faster in the past. Please do not proof me wrong.

If you have troubles expressing yourself, which seems to be the case for some posters.
My advise would be.
Keep to those cheap newspaper reading skills.
Write sentences with only maximum of 6 words.
Break up longer sentences in shorter sentences.
thinkt about what you want to write.
delete sentences and write them again shorter and more clearly.
Some people have issues reading more than 3 word sentences and grasping hte contents. Or implying something because they wrote themself a 12 word sentence without realising what they wrote.
Accept it as a hint from a fool. Thank you.
No one will remember what you wrote a few weeks later. So relax.
