my post was to explain it in simple terms to ppl that dont know better,
not for the usual suspects over here.
and it still works: the (xx)60 HP wont work for a bus with 30 seats.

cant talk about games newer than BF V/sniper 4, but i have zero trouble with 8gb on my card,
play everything in 4K (besides a single game from 1998), most with (smartly) maxed out settings,
and have yet to see where "studder" isnt related to missing HP (vs vram).
and thats on a LC 2080S with oced binned chip, e.g. usually perf better than 4060.
ignoring for a moment that the newer cards can use ram if needed (and turned on in bios).
