NEW Unigine Valley Benchmark 1.0 Scores

SLI works for me. Most of my Shooters use it, and when they don't, one 1080FE is enough to run them on decent settings.
Another one of my PCs has a pair of 1070Ti cards in it.

I just sit back and chuckle when people post about SLI being dead and then I use it for myself.
My third system has a single 1080Ti in it and it runs great, but if I get the chance, I'll buy another one just like it.
If it's just a waste, I can live with it.

Have I done this correctly?

Ryzen 9 3950x @ stock(4.55ghz) + 2080 TI @ 2150/7500 = 6641

Fans and pumps running a bit faster but nothing dialed into AfterBurner. GPU at stock and scores go up lol, =6703

Ryzen 9 3950x @4.5 + 2080TI @2150/8000 =6972valley 6972.jpgAggressive fan curve. +200/+1000 = 6972

Going from 32 cores stock to 8 cores at 4.625ghz has not gotten me a better score than that posted above. The day is warming up so I think temps are playing a bigger part right now. Maybe this evening when it gets cooler using fewer cores at higher speed will get me a better score.

2160/1440 score
Ryzen 9 3950x @4.6 + 2080 TI 2160/1750 =5318
Just realised I've been listing my core +memory clock instead of core+boost clock. Should it be idle clock and boost or out of box boost and OC?

@RealNeil wrong benchmark for this thread It's Unigine Valley not Unigine SuperPosition :slap:

Moved to the Unigine Superposition thread for now. The benchmark thread is locked as the OP is no longer overseeing the scores.

Hey Guys! Sharing my score over here. Just upgraded my GPU from a Palit RTX 3070 GameRock and was testing it out.
Thing is, I payed ~$600 for my 3070 in dec 2020.... traded my card +$400 for this almost new 3080ti (2 months of usage). Not the best model out there, but performance is tight.

Cards are too fast this is now a CPU benchmark. And it does nothing with 3d Cache.
Scored 201 FPS with 5800x3D and 7900 XT oc'd to 3.1ghz and got beat by a 6800 XT with a 7700 X.

1440p result, 7900XT at 2.98ghz

Nah, Unigine benchmarks practically don't use any CPU. Valley does a bit more than Sanctuary, Tropics, Heaven or Superposition but it's nowhere near enough to shift the limit towards them. Try the Extreme HD preset, your PC should be faster than mine thanks to the beefier GPU, even though my rig's CPU is otherwise substantially faster than yours

LOL 3.1ghz 7900 XT will destroy your card at 1800mhz, it's CPU limited.
