Amazing. RT 5030 /50 aka 5060/Ti should be powered by the slot. Not requiring any
Sure, but if 4060 on TSMC N4 did 115 W, then the 5060 on the same TSMC N4 has to eat more in order to be faster. Unless there's architectural improvements, of which there are plenty of, right? Right? :p

RT cores are wasted on this card but since it's getting mandatory. Only good with upscaling some cases even multi frames, I use FSR3

My 2080 Ti /w 4352 Cuda is essentially the same thing 4X the die size. and I run it at 200Watts so 5060 should be 50 Watts.

But now with GDDR7 it's closer to a 4070 in performance.

why not 10W?

power doesn't scale like that

Its pretty easy to see that the 4060ti 16GB has no use for all that VRAM because the bandwidth is entry level and identical to the already bandwidth limited 8GB card. We'll see what GDDR7 does for the new crop of x60 E waste.
Also note games are all tested at max settings (necessary for a fair comparison), but that's not how you run the more demanding games of a x60-class GPU.
But yes, let's wait to see if GDDR7 can put that 128bit bus to better use. Won't be long now...

128bit bus seems fine (the 4060ti 16gb version had no problems, when it was on pcie 3 or higher) but the 3gb vram chips can't come early enough, 12 gb would be really nice.
