i can get you up! I need a CPUz and a GPUz screenie to get it on though. And if you can, please try to run 12 x 10, I think we will get some negative feedback from others for changing. I understand its almost identical but it wont stop people from not liking it!

actually asb2106 has been taking care of the updates for a while (thanks asb2106 i really apreciate it ) so just let him know.

My 3870 will fail if i got any higher than those clocks. the gpu-z is actually wrong, i didn't update it.

837 is as high as you can get eh? Thats a bummer, I was able to hit 904 stable with no mods, for you! Maybe look into a hardmod....... Ive seen it done with some great results

which ones?? have you tried others? I had all my luck with the 8.1 and 8.2, they both worked great!

Although I dont see new drivers getting worse

that shouldnt effect core abilities though, when i first got my card, I ran a swiftech mcw60 with the stock ram heat spreader, I only ran it for a day, but it worked fine.

not that I doubt your score - but something doesnt seem right - if you look at other computers, that clearly are higher than yours (CORE, CPU CORE, MEM even) your 1000 points higher and almost 100 less on the GPU core. I have to say, something sounds fishy

and 9 x 463 is 4.16Ghz

the 9x463 was my bad, it should be 8x463 for 3.7GHz. How do the clocks look fishy? Read the description for the clocks used, 2K6 is notorious for misreading clocks...hence my Quad coming up as 4.16GHz in 2K6 when it's only 3.7GHz...

You'll only need to take a look @ Futuremark to see my rep' there...

Does anyone here have a problem with me posting this score?? I would really like to see Kup run 12x10. Just for the sake of competition here.

I'll see what I can do tomorrow with sourcing a 12x10 monitor, I'm sure there is an old CRT around here that'll do it!

I dont know, your score is awesome! I am just confused at how high it is in comparison to other systems here. You can go down the list and compare results to the systems that produced them, but yours definitly does not fit the norm.

Ill talk it over with the OP and see what we think, but honestly, you get a old CRT, and run 12x10, then it cant be argued! Id love to see that, but taking over 1rst with these circumstances is tough to swallow, i really think we will get alot of guff for that.

compare your results to The Haunted - he has a higher CPU clock, higher GPU core, and similar memory, and your beating him by 1000??? that doesnt add up

Not a problem at all. I'd be wary of a new member coming in and posting the top scores too. It's the same on my forums (link in sig, take a look some time) with new people, even though we're only still small there is always that air of suspicion with a new poster...

The thing with 3DMark and multipliers is that it reads the hard coded multi, not the actual set one, same thing with CoreTemp too up until v0.97.

I hear ya. I don't wanna come in and cause a fuss. I'm aiming for 17.5K by the end of the week anyway so I'll see what I can do!

thanks man, I appreciate it, you know, with a screenie of CPUz and GPUz and the score at 12x10, there would be no arguement at all, it just all happens to be horrible circumstances that really suck for both of us

Thats the mobo I am gonna go be going with! Im sure you can do much much more on the Proc! Maybe add some cooling and lets see them numbers skyrocket!
