I had mine undervolted, -25 on all cores and ppt 120 tdc 75 edc115 and temperature set to 80c

Theres no problem, Radeons just dont do well with cinebench.
My Laptop's Mobile 4090 which is equivalent to maybe a desktop 4070 smokes my 7900XTX in cinebench 2024.

4070M=4060ti desktop

stock 2.9Ghz boost on air. This was all 8 passes so it was thermal soaked. This is a fresh setup, but the OS isnt tweaked at all and already has things like steam etc running.
