Its the rog strix X570E but i dont use ryzen master. I always apply my overclocks in the bios.

This was my HWBOT submission from about 10 months ago (for single-thread, so the power/temps are for that on the HWBOT image, though I had run both tests), but being we're going to 2024 now and I like what I see on this forum so far, I thought I'd drop it in. I don't believe I've pushed my CPU much more than this for CB anyway. This is a custom water loop with a MO-RA3 420-pro on a 13900k.
This is a per-core OC, 1-4 threads at 6GHz, then 5-8 goes: 5.8GHz, 5.7GHz, 5.6GHz, 5.5GHz. e-cores are at 4.6GHz. Memory is XMP at 6000MT/s, 36-36-36-96.

My CPU wattage seems a bit high 
I let it draw 30% more current, so vcore went from 1.475v to 1.52v, I see the error of my ways now
I let it draw 30% more current, so vcore went from 1.475v to 1.52v, I see the error of my ways now

Just did a simple test on 'Cinebench R23' yesterday with the current components as specified under.
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7700. Has 'AI Enhanced' under 'CPU Core Ratio' enabled with 'Curve Optimizer' @ -40 & 'PBO2' @ +200 MHz tuning / overclock.
- RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Black DDR5 (6000 MHz) (PC5-48000) (AMD EXPO) (2x16GB) (CL 36-36-36-76 @ 1.35v). The RAM here is tuned to CL 30-36-36-76 @ 1.4v.
If you want to know any other components in my computer, you can just use the 'System Specs' thing under my name and that on the left side.
Here is my 'Multi Core' score from a single cycle run in Cinebench R23.
I actually got around 1000 more 'Multi Core' score with the 'AI Enhanced' option turned on under 'CPU Core Ratio' in the UEFI BIOS.
I don't think I have seen others in here with an 'AMD Ryzen 7 7700' CPU that have got over 20k in 'Multi Core' score.
And this is with just a lil wimpy 'Noctua NH-L9x65' (92mm) CPU cooler that will go right to 95 degrees celsius (tops out there) while running 'Cinebench R23'. I think I would be able to reach 21k with a nice 240mm AIO cooler (biggest my computer case supports) which I have plans on buying sometime next year in the first quarter.
I also did a 30-minute stability test in 'Cinebench R23' to see if it would pass the test with all of the tuning and overclock applied. It passed that without a single issue. And the computer runs perfectly fine both in programs and games. So, I believe I can go even a little further with the overclock / tuning here.
The fact that I can go to -40 under 'Curve Optimizer' 100% stable tells me that I have got a good version of the 'Ryzen 7 7700' CPU. Because most people in those 'Ryzen 7 tuning / overclock' videos on YouTube says that the computer will most likely crash if you go lower than -30 there.
