I do have an RX5500XT 8GB card but it only reads 3.2 FPS in Unigine LoL!!
I cannot seem to get the memory working on that one though?
Why do you guys think that is??
I've had it for a long time and never really used it much though but i would like to get that working great instead..
fully updated drivers and everything too..
I really think that my gpu is bottlenecking my cpu...i guess.. or vice-versa
Also guys i do apologize for piling on all these GPU problems onto you all.

Create a shortcut for NVIDIA Inspector with the desired clocks in the target field and place it on your startup, I used to do this with my old GT 650M. Documentation has the exact command line switches you want.
But heed qubit's advice. That thing is a ticking time bomb.
