You were flashing because you wrote that the card was failing before you flashed it, that tells me your card has a hardware fault.

I might be a little concerned and you maybe should ask yourself if you aren’t sure what you even bought are you ready to take this on? The process is going to be much more difficult than remembering what you bought off Amazon.

The MXIC chips are CMOS flash memory, not sure which one is BIOS, they might both be, or they might be a split BIOS. No way to tell without looking at it. The Nuvoton is the fan driver.
