why are you removing the test clip or the programmer? oh boy.
What clips to try? let's see
The usb is connected to the GPU BIOS chip and the USB connected to my computer
I found that when checking the memory it shows
Address Verification Failed: 00000000

Not if you have something to do with it.
Regarding the usb and adapter, please connect it like this video

The adapter is fine, the problem is the CHIP or the program, which when saving the new ROM, is not saved

The write protect pin on the chip might be being pulled by the board?

Does the other chip work by chance? Maybe the dualbios select switch is setting one to write protect?

may be the cause
How do I disable the protection?
Neither the blue nor the purple CHIP are saved after burning the new rom

The size to install the new rom is 1048KB and the rom I have to install is 976KB
Is that why it is not saved?

Try toggling the bios select switch. No, the size should not matter as long as it can fit in the space.

If that does not work, you may be out of luck short of desoldering the chip, which is very sad.

Yeah, if he's that deep in he'll need pro help for sure.

I think there are more problems with said card than just a bios flash needed after bricking it...

After more than 6 continuous hours testing various versions of neoprogrammer, I have been able to delete and install the bios chip correctly and the GPU now works perfectly and gives an image

Post closed, thank you all
I'm not gonna lie, as soon as I read that you got an error with the chip, but you could see the ROM dump, and then you cleared the ROM, and when installing new ROMs they were not saved, I figured you made a doorstop out of the GPU and only a professional would be able to fix it. Congratulations on persevering and finding a solution!
