RTX 4090 has Issues with Need for Speed Unbound that can Only be Fixed with a VBIOS Update

That happens with VBIOS updates occasionally, sometimes replugging the HDMI/DP cables is enough.

So this only affects the 4090 not the entire 4000 series? whats unique about that card to trigger this issue.
