No, but someone is trying to run 128 GB of RAM, which is difficult enough at JEDEC speeds on a top tier board.
And if they can't run it at those speeds it's not gonna be because of the RGB.

And if they can't run it at those speeds it's not gonna be because of the RGB.
but if they do run it at those speeds, who's to say it wasn't the RGB?
