Seriously? WHITELIST TechPowerUp. Problem solved. Alternatively you can disable Easylist from within UBlock.

Ublock doesn't do much on this site anyways (it doesn't block the ads) so I don't bother whitelisting it. Apart from what I posted above, the site works just fine.

I'm not having any issues when I turn UBlock on. Maybe because I'm on Firefox?

Maybe the version of Firefox? I'm on 78.11.0esr. I'm always on the ESR version set as stability is more important to me than feature updates.. The ESR's also tend to have fewer security issues.

I'm on Ubuntu and i've got the most current FF version: dunno if that makes any difference.

Changes W1zzard made to TPU in order to fix the problems adblockers using the Easylist scripts caused might be triggering the inbuilt FireFox protections(this is only a guess).
