In a strange twist...after six months of the sites pages and graphics loading poorly...it's been quite snappy over the last few days.

Embedded photos have been loading much faster.

Although...since this is a thread about technical issues...I'll add one of my own. Is the "Your account" tab under my name in the top right corner supposed to be transparent?

I cant comment on news posts at all, just gets server errors.

(image worked and was visible on my end until i refreshed the page. i can see it as an attachment down below, but its a dead link here in the post)

Rest of the forum mostly works, but with a fair amount of missing images from recent posts (wonder if this will work)

Still seeing several threads that won't accept replies ("Oops! We ran into some problems. A server error occurred. Please try again later." Thankfully draft saving does seem to be working), and TPU-hosted images (except for avatars) seem completely broken. Yesterday I couldn't load larger pics in news articles at all (thumbnails work fine), but today that seems to be more hit-or-miss, so it's improving.

I got an alert from Chrome.

I got an error like "Chrome found the password you just used in a data breach."

For now I've changed mine to a 50-character autogenerated password that's (obviously) unique.

Doesn't show up on Firefox Monitor. Just some old leaks from years ago and I've probably changed the password back then.

Those are the latest breaches, or at least some of them.

This lets you check your email address against their known database: https://haveibeenpwned.com/
The Chrome things is exactly the same. If you enter a password on a website thru Chrome, it also passes it against a Chrome database of known password breaches, and lets you know if that password is compromised. It checks against the password, because many people are guilty of using the same password in several locations, but not necessarily the same email address.
