It is far more exotic to not use a phone for the internet.
That is crazy talk too.. And I doubt this. Created a poll thread for this discussion as we're getting off-topic, but this is a fascinating topic of discussion.
Let's all head over there.

Okay, weird issue - the site keeps signing me out. Issue has been replicable for the last half hour or so. No idea why, I even reset the password to try and solve this, but once in a while it just hangs and then I see myself logged out.

Not a critical issue by any means :p but as a full stack dev myself it grinds my gears lol

Safari on iOS, wasn’t at my PC at the time. Will see tomorrow if that signed me out too, but I fixed it by nuking the website data fully and re-signing in. Seems like it was indeed a cookie bug.

Oh, so that must be why I sometimes clicked on a link and nothing happened?

Btw W1z, have you recently changed/upgraded/whatever the forum software? I am using Pale Moon browser which the forum always worked flawlessly on, but in the recent time I noticed the post edit box is completely broken. There is a cursor blinking across the bottom line, and I can't select any text.

It's still Xenforo. Palemoon is a bit obscure. FireFox & WaterFox both work perfectly.. So maybe it's a Gecko engine glitch?

I wouldn't say it's obscure, more like a bit niche. But if I understand it correctly (I don't know jack shit about coding and web development), the problem with Pale Moon is that it does (or tries to) adhere to standards and doesn't push weird experimental features that are coming out of Google, unlike the rest of the browsers, which causes all kinds of weird incompatibilities.

I know the software is the same, but perhaps there were some updates recently that changed something somewhere.
I'll try a clean profile and without Ublock etc. etc.

edit:
Nevermind, deleting the webappstore.sqlite solved it. Weird stuff.

Just got several database errors in a row:

Seems to work fine now, though. Just thought to report this.

Confirmed, looks like the (extremely high) traffic on the Arc review is causing local port exhaustion

'member my pic loading issue? Came back. Prolly due to that overload rather than to me being asswiped by local authorities.

However the pics show up. Eventually.

I guess that's why it's randomly not responding as well on refresh. I didn't see an error message, but Firefox just would sit there with the dreaded throbber.

I hit refresh and I just got the Firefox throbber animation. Then I hit cancel, because it looked like I was going to get a 502.

This happened just once or repeatable?
