I just finished installing the Bykski GPU AIO cooler for my RTX 3080 Ventus. The kit includes a 240mm aluminum rad with pump in it, 2 fans, a gpu block of your liking, an aluminum backplate and a bunch of screws and thermal pads for roughly $200 USD.
Installation was relatively easy considering they did not include instructions. Checked their website for instructions and it was garbage as well. I justh ave a problem with the Hot spot temps. They are around 15-20C delta between the GPU and hot spot.

It aint bad considering I was getting 92C on memory when mining before. If it still seems high to you. My ambient is 35C.
