Then I won't do my job the following day, simple. But in the above case, RM has already delivered the package (I don't get why, though).Because if the friend doesnt pay no tolls. Then Royal Mail dont get no rolls.
The way it works out is the recipient of the parcel or letter is responsible and has to pay any extra fees or outstanding costs if postage fees at origin was incorrect. The company has already admitted their error and refunded postage but Royal Mail as the courier still needs to be paid what they are owed otherwise theyve basically been short changed.
Imagine working for £10p/h then given £7p/h instead because of a payroll error. Youre going to want that money back.
