Yep, downloaded 2 hours after the announcement. It will be awhile before i get to them.

Still no wolf gear, because the conse enabler mod either doesnt work or ive put the two files in the wrong folders, since there are no install instructions.

I'm assuming it has a good saddle and saddlebags too?

And its Geralt armor too, right? How does it compare to others in stats?

Like other DLC horse stuff, full pack of saddle, blinders and saddlebags, costs around 2.5k total, has highest level stats - same as Zerrikanian from base game.
Geralt armor is Heavy type, with tanky stats - same armor amount as my Enhanced Griffin armor gives, but with much higher physical defences. Required level 16. From Red forums, if you are level 30, it scales to required level of 41. Which is kinda... hard to get right now.

sry that i have to disappoint you but after monday june 22 follows tuesday june 23 and only then is wednesday june 24.
i know you are impatient for new dlc but even you in japan cant make earth spin faster.
:D
Apologise for giving a wrong impression but I was not being impatient. Actually I just downloaded the Skellige DLCs recently this morning. Personally for me The Witcher 3 is a great game with excellent replay value, even without DLCs, so personally I think DLCs, at least in The Witcher 3 case, is nothing but extra icing for a very delicious cake. I was merely saying that I should check GOG again for DLCs on Thursday morning or noon. I knew our Wednesday here is not their Wednesday over there in Poland, hence the comment.

But if I were an impatient person, I think I would go for patches or fixes instead of DLCs, considering the scale of this game and possibilities of hidden bugs and glitches exist somewhere in the coding, especially if a previously released patch introduces a new bug or glitch.

Looks more like a Cockatrice than a Basilisk.....

View attachment 66037

That's Basilisks IIRC, because it doesn't have body feathers like Cockatrices.

Cockatrice :

Basilisk :

But you're right, Cockatrice looks more like a rooster than Basilisk haha.

Well that was wank.

89 hours an finished

I got the bad ending - somehow. Was good to all creatures, helped with Ciri's free will destiny but didn't get any nice ending. Killed the Crone and was left with my sadness in the hut with the necro's all advancing. I know it's only as game but my choices are generally always ethical - don't take rewards if I don't have to etc but I have to say - this ending was shite. After 90 hours of gameplay I'm actually pissed off. Like a great film with a shit ending. One I feel was undeserved. Having looked online it seems the auto scene where i was at Avalach's lab set my doom in motion - by putting the necklace on Ciri. I was waiting to see me running across fields to hug my daughter but no. Next Witcher game I'll remember this and be an absolute fucking bastard to everyone. Thanks CD Projekt Red. Screw your ethics!

Only a few choices are important for the ending of the game. Except for the mini-endings you se that are the "watercolors" for how you finished certain side missions that involved important characters.

Well, the game unfortunately 'misleads' you to the bad end if you make any 'wrong' dialogue options. Certain dialogue options you choose are harmful when you think they will be neutral or more caring. I allowed Ciri free choice and I tried to stay her temperament. I can't believe I got such a terrible end. Seriously. I did lots of good things in that fucking epic trek. Given I played on the broken bones option, I ain't replaying it.

There's actually one other thing you must do besides what you listed for one of two good endings. @the54thvoid, you can PM me if you want.

90 hours, tho? Did you avoid all the side quests and free exploration? I had 135 hours on first playthrough, and this second one looks lile it will be even longer. There is literally treasure and things to do all over the map that just don't register on the map. Very clever devs! As an example, i slid down a mountain and into a small gulley. Lo and behold, there was a body and a chest!

Yeah, I think the choices you're giving are a little ambiguous, or shouldn't lead to the bad ending, but I haven't seen the bad ending. I'm playing through on Death March and planning to do all the choices I didn't do the first time.

they could release a DLC to expand on that.

I did not know this was in Velen.

Turns out it was not what I expected it to be.
Came prepared with all potions, repaired equipments and everything and this happened.

To think that I even decided to get a haircut and shave prior to taking the quest...

You must have found by accident, eh? So, was that guy the least intelligent character in the game?! I mean, he looked around even when you call his name, and then finally you see his eyes light up. I thought they did a great job with him.

You must have found by accident, eh? So, was that guy the least intelligent character in the game?! I mean, he looked around even when you call his name, and then finally you see his eyes light up. I thought they did a great job with him.
Pure accident. I did not take Roach with me and was being chased by a pack of wolf along the road to the quest location. I just ran as fast as I could to whereever the road would lead me and eventually I arrived at that village with that poor fellow screaming in panic and approached me quickly.

He might be the least intelligent, but surely the most interesting. Even his name successfully made me laugh the first time the first time I heard it.
