if i has the dual bios switch you simply flip the switch over and it will revert to another bios

if it dosent have the switch, simply flash 1 card at a time, just take it 1 step at a time, and you wont really have any problems.

switch the switch over if the card dosent have a switch youll have to blind flash

but you have 2x GPU's this is why you flash them 1 at a time via USB thumb drive,

thus you can use 1 card to boot with then just reflash back to normal on the 2nd card see how that works ;) because you have 2 gpus you wont have any real problems if you just flash 1 card at a time

so use ATi flash, or w.e boot to it from USB flash 1 card test that 1 card by itself, then flash the other card test it if both cards work fine, then install both crossfire them and test them in xfire,

but yea i do not believe it has a Dual BIOs so just unlock 1 card at a time and youll be fine.

it works the same much as the 5850 flashing

http://www.overclock.net/amd-ati/671675-how-flash-your-5850-bios.html

just again use 1 card at a time and flash them and youll be fine this gives you the ability test the card firs to make sure the driver install works and that the shaders unlocked :) if successful try again with the other card, if both work out well then install both and turn on crossfire. again just make sure to flash each card individually just in case a flash goes wrong that way you have a card you can boot up and post with, and then flash the 2nd card which has a bad flash, thus why flashing 1 at a time is important.

i have no voltage control after the flash... shaders unlocked fine.. but no voltage.. i'm using the bios supposedly released my msi to unlock their twin frozr cards... it'd be nice to have shaders and voltage...

well give them a call or an email, from what i remember with MSI afterburner it should have voltage control, otherwise i would ask them why they are advertising features there product obviously dosent support and charging a premium for it ;)

from what i know the cards should unlock and should have voltage control.

Get asus smart doctor version that is recommended for the 6950's, and install it, go into settings, check the overclocking range enhancement or whatever it's called. It will permanently unlock voltage, core, memory, etc overclocking to the FULL range.

Then simply uninstall smart doctor and it's good to go.

Normally yes, but there is a special version of smart doctor (of which I have a copy) that I used on my diamond and XFX models. It doesn't care what brand the card is. Someone disabled the protection I guess, and it works perfectly for me. I can give a copy of the zip if you need it.

Go to the AfterBurner .cfg file and where it says:
UnofficialOverclockingEULA = 0
u should change it to this:
UnofficialOverclockingEULA = I confirm that I am aware of unofficial overclocking limitations and fully understand that MSI will not provide me any support on it
Enjoy your baddies cause they're really worth it!

as soonas bios goes away and goes black, start hitting f8.. works on every system, same way you'd hit safe mode

Hold the phone, seems like its installed, gonna do a check and see if everything is ok...will be a few mins.

Edit: Seems like installing the C++ first did the trick crazyeyesreaper.

now re test your games. make sure control panel has texture settings at high quality. etc and max AF to 16x and force it and see if that helps textures in game if the problem persists.

Will do, also just realised exodusprime1337, those are the same gfx cards i have, let me know if you run into any of these probs, tbh though i think it was just something installed wrong the first time round.
