Wow, only 2 heatpipes...I have just bought this cooler the blue one the photos are on the one i the blue one.The non blue one costs more and gets thounds of reviews.Have i made a mistake by buying it .
The videos show the non blue one i am confused.
if they are two different coolers why don,t they call a different number.Do any of you have these?

The utube videos
So only two heat pipes is not enough, now i know.Wow, only 2 heatpipes...
No no, don't misunderstand me. Used properly, that would be a great cooler for lower wattage CPU's. It's likely going to be limited to sub-100w CPUs though. It'll be a great cooler for MOST retro CPUs.So only two heat pipes is not enough, now i know.
I have cancelled ,i am just hoping they havent sent it off yet.All ready dispatched If someone had told me not to go for it i would not have got it.but no one replyed on here.
I have a 4650 1Gb, I´m still using it in my Phenom black edition, and a 2600 Pro in another computerFinally had to get rid of my folks old PC.
I did manage to save my old Powercolor 512MB 4670 from it though...still works

I get your point there.I did not realise it, that it only went up to 95tdp.It was only when i saw someone selling an origanal fatter Intel cooler with with cooper on the bottom, the one that i have. And found it has 130 tdp.In fact that is the same as the Snowman ones i have bought.I just looked in my email and saw that the origanal cooler had all ready been sent out I had a feeling it would have done no problem i will just send it back when i get it.No no, don't misunderstand me. Used properly, that would be a great cooler for lower wattage CPU's. It's likely going to be limited to sub-100w CPUs though. It'll be a great cooler for MOST retro CPUs.
D0 it isI had to load an OS onto the machine to get a reading of what it was.
I used both - The older, more reliable 1.59 version due to the machine's age and the newest as of this post (2.09) to be sure of what it was saying would be accurate and here it is.

It's tempting... the guys over at the VCFED forums have a few threads on the book8088 and the book8088 v2 was released recently. It seems there are a number of quality issues, but it sounds like the seller is good with returns/sending replacement parts. Additionally, the idea of having a portable 8088 PC is badass. Learn more about it in this thread.
SATA SSD. 960GB/1TB model would be inexpensive and perfectly compatible.- 160GB HDD (temporarily, until I can source a spare X71S to take parts from)

Beautiful! You simply can't go wrong with Slot 1 platform, even if it's VIA based (personally, I prefer 440BX)Arrived today:
- Aopen AX63 PRO Pentium II / III
- Pentium III 450 (SL37C)
- 512 MB PC133 Kingston SDRAM
I only bought this set for the mainboard.
I want a period correct built with a Pentium II. I installed the Pentium II-400 which i already had, together with 128MB PC-100 SDRAM
The only thing i still need now, is a Riva TNT2
