Setting a fan curve, ASUS fan expert is simple ,six Noctua 3000rpm vs six Artic 2800rpm , at max Noctua wins for a jet engine , on push /pull on my Artic Freezer III 420 , at a sane level like 1600rpm for both , Noctua sound level is a tad louder ,but is doing more, when I put my hand close , not too close , feel more thrust and wide even spread , the one thing that shock me was ,when bench testing ,chipset temps went down , not up ,heat exchange is fast , my 4090 fans are the loudest in my system ,

The GaN chargers are much more efficient and produce a higher quality current, personally I prefer Anker Prime, which are fairly high quality. Only downside I've found is most are only QC 3.0, not 3.1, so 100 W max not 140 W.

The anker one i saw wasnt GaN, amazon basics stuff i have had seems to be decent build quality. I even have their washing machine lmao.

They do both types, GaN and cheap.

I use this one, since the prongs fold flat for extra compact and no getting prodded when traveling. Got it for £64 on sale from Amazon.

It works well.

Yup, here in Europe thank heavens we have the ISO metric standard.

All these different types, with the most common below:

M - ISO thread (metric)
NPT - Pipe thread
G/R/Rp - Whitworth thread (BSPP/BSPT)
UNC/UNF - Unified National thread

and not to mention the exotics, it drives most technicians nuts :rolleyes:

Would be nice to have a world-wide standard, but yeah as with much other things too many opinions, financial interests, politics and so on.

When you have a threaded hole for inserting a bolt for example and the thread is damaged beyond repair (recutting the thread) this set allows you to drill a bigger hole and cut a new thread in there where the helicoil is inserted and you can use the original bolt again.
See link below, it says soo much more than words;

it is mainly used in the automotive sector, but I'll try to use it to repair the worn out thread a plastic part of a tool for catching birds/cats at the animal shelter where I'm voluteer as technician.

Hopefully this reinforced thread will be a bit stronger and we can save some animals

If I want to swap out the CPU cooler I don't want to remove a PSU just to do that, I was also concerned it may allow heat to build up in that section of the motherboard.

It's the best case I've ever built a system in & this is with over 20 yrs of experience rebuilding every couple yrs or so. A dual chamber setup, its a fascinating concept & plenty of room for someone with big hands to install everything without cutting or nicking themselves. Depends on the size of the PSU, my Corsair RX1000 is a great fit & its easy to remove PSU if its in the way of CPU cooler upgrades.
No heat building up here whatsoever in CPU or GPU area. Did an hour gaming yesterday after software setup with new card & this massive card is running about 10C cooler (HWiNFO) in hot spot zone compared to my RX 6800 XT with significant improvement in fps on Ultra settings @ 3440x1440 - @ driver defaults. Also really damm nice having more HDR support at 3K with a game like Starfield, unlike the 6800XT that just couldn't do it.
I don't have all the fans slots allocated either, 3x140mm bottom, 2x140mm top, 1x140mm rear, 1x120mm side.
Fantastic case, be having it for yrs to come - great investment!

You said-To make threads for screws/bolts......, which is not exactly what the set does. It repairs threads in a hole, not on the bolt, So kind of for a bolt, maybe you didn't explain it quite right. Sorry if my correction triggered you, i did not mean to, it was more meant for krazyT who asked what it does.
