This systems has evolved from its base build back in 2006. Pretty much built it to last me a while so iv got time to save up for a car..additions since the intial build are 4GB of RAM, the 8800, and the new case after years and years of specualtion as to what would replace my Antec 1080. I built this as my "anything and everything" system, as i cant be bothered maintaining more than one PC, hence the ample storage and heavy weight (17kgs at last check). Its also built to be dead silent, and it is possible once the HDDs spin down after a while...one of the sweetest things about the system.

cable management is a thing that i strived to get right in this case...theres not alot more i can actually do..i spent about 3 hours in the initial build running them alll...key thing you have to remember is that most of them run through the back panel, which is never seen unless im installing HDDs lol. notice the cable mounts in various spots on the case

you did a great job but for some reason the cables poking out above the hard drives really draws my attention

I also use green cables (well IDE and SATA) but I don't try to hide those :P (mainly because they draw attention away from other things)

Another beautiful Lian li case. Nice job, I like how you put the hdds in with the wiring facing the back.

Cable spaghetti under your desk

Get a powerstrip that you can SCREW under your desk at the back. Buy, or make your own, short D-power cables.
