Evercool Readies the Venti CPU Cooler

Taiwanese company Evercool will soon be rolling out a new CPU cooler, a model called Venti (aka HPQ-12025) which offers support for Intel LGA775/1366/1156/1155/2011and AMD AM2/AM2+/ AM3/FM1 processors. This tower-shaped cooler measures 125 x 68 x 160 mm and features four 6 mm direct touch copper heatpipes, aluminum fins, and a 120 mm EL Bearing fan that runs at 800 to 2200 RPM (a second 120 mm fan can also be installed).

Venti's price tag has not been revealed.

Akasa Readies the Nero LX Low Profile Cooler

Akasa is updating its cooling offer with a new solution aimed at HTPCs, a low profile CPU cooler called Nero LX. Codenamed AK-CC4011EP01, Akasa's creation measures 120 (W) x 120 (D) x 59 (H) mm, it weights 298 grams and has aluminum fins, four direct contact copper heatpipes, and a 120 mm PWM fan that operates at 600 to 1900 RPM (11.50 - 31.50 dBA sound output).

The yet unpriced and undated Nero LX supports Intel LGA775/1155/1156/1366 and AMD Socket AM2(+)/AM3/FM1 processors.

Cooler Master Seidon 120M to Reach Europe Next Month

Cooler Master today announced that its latest All-In-One (AIO) liquid cooler, the Seidon 120M, will become available in Europe around mid-December. Cooler Master's solution is factory filled with coolant and features a waterblock machined out of a single block of copper, a compact, 120 mm aluminum radiator, and a 120 mm Rifle bearing PWM fan that can operate at 600 to 2400 RPM (19 ~ 40 dBA sound output).

The Seidon 120M supports Intel LGA 2011/1366/1156/1155/775 and AMD Socket FM1/AM3+/AM3/AM2 processors and will cost €54.99.

Sapphire Vapor-X CPU Cooler Launched

Sapphire officially launched the Vapor-X CPU cooler it talked about at trade shows earlier this year. It uses a vapor-chamber plate to draw heat from the CPU, and convey it to four 7 mm-thick nickel-plated copper heat pipes, which then pass through a dense aluminum fin stack, that's ventilated by two 120 mm PWM controlled fans (replaceable) in push-pull configuration. Spinning at speeds ranging between 495 and 2,200 RPM, the fans push 77 CFM of air, each. Measuring 135 x 110.4 x 163.5 mm, the heatsink weighs about 925 g. Nearly every modern client CPU socket type is supported, including Intel sockets LGA2011, LGA115x, LGA775, and AMD sockets AM3+/AM3/AM2+/AM2, and FM2/FM1. Expect a sub-$80 price.

Zalman Reserator Liquid CPU Cooler Detailed

Do most pre-built CPU liquid cooler kits look the same to you? It's probably because they carry Asetek or Akasa design. Enter a refreshment in the pre-built arena: Zalman. The Korean PC cooling veteran unveiled Reserator, a liquid cooler which swaps the conventional-looking radiator for a high-performance heatsink with radially-projecting copper fins, in which the heat pipes are swapped with coolant channels. The contraption is ventilated by a 120 mm Zalman custom-design blue or red LED-lit fan, with PWM control. The CPU block features copper base with mirror finish, while its other parts are given aesthetic touches with chrome plating and LEDs. The cooler will be designed to handle thermal loads as high as 400W. It is slated for early-2013.

SilverStone Unveils FHP141 High-Flow 140 mm Fan

Hot on the heels of the NT06-PRO and NT01-PRO CPU cooler launches, SilverStone unveiled the SST-FHP141, a 140 mm high-flow fan. Measuring 140 x 140 x 38 mm, with mount-hole spacing of 120 mm, the fan features a 7-blade high-flow impeller, with rotational speeds ranging between 500 and 2,000 RPM. The fan supports PWM control, and features a 4-pin power connector. A small switch on the fan lets you select between two speed-ranges, P (performance) and Q (quiet). The Q (quiet) mode limits the fan's speed to 1,200 RPM.

Spire Introduces the X2.9883 HDT 9000 Series CPU Cooler

The X2.9883 is the newest CPU cooler in the gaming branded series X2 by Spire. Build on the technology of HDT (Heat-pipe Direct Touch) with an increased number of total six (6) heat-pipes. Zalman FX100-Cube Fanless CPU Cooler Pictured

Here is the first picture of Zalman's upcoming silent CPU cooler, the FX100-Cube. Classified in the large category of coolers, the FX100-Cube trades off its large size for silence. It appears to make use of multiple aluminum fin stacks intersecting each other, to which heat from the base is conveyed by four 8 mm-thick nickel-plated copper heat pipes. More details on this beast are awaited, the cooler is expected to be released in the weeks to come.

NZXT Announces the Respire Series Coolers

Thermalright Readies the Archon SB-E X2 CPU Cooler

Thermalright is now preparing the release of the Archon SB-E X2, a CPU cooler 'optimized' for high TDP chips like Intel's Sandy Bridge-E models. Seen below, this new Archon measures 155 (L) x 106 (W) x 170 (H) mm and features a mirrored copper base, eight 6 mm heatpipes (with a sintered heatpipe design), and two TY-141 PWM fans working at 900 to 1,300 RPM (max sound output is 21 dBA).

The Archon SB-E X2 supports Intel LGA 2011/1366/1155/1156/775 and AMD Socket FM1/AM3+/AM3/AM2+/AM2/939 processors and is bundled with Chill Factor3 thermal paste. No word on pricing yet.

Reeven Arcziel 12 CPU Cooler Pictured

Reeven unveiled the Arcziel 12 CPU cooler. Classified in the large category, the Arcziel 12 is a top-flow air-cooler that uses an aluminum fin stack arranged along the plane of the motherboard, to which heat is conveyed by six 6 mm-thick copper heat pipes that make indirect contact with the CPU over a nickel-plated copper base that's polished to a mirror-finish. The six heat pipes pass through the aluminum fin stack at two points, to even heat distribution. The heatsink is then ventilated by a 120 mm PWM fan that spins at 500 to 1900 RPM, with noise-output of up to 35 dBA. Measuring 140.5 x 131 x 126 mm, the cooler weighs about 557 g. It supports all modern CPU socket types, including LGA2011, LGA115x, AM3+, and FM2. It is slated for November 21.

Designed to be used in HTPCs, the cooler measures 140 (W) x 97 (H) x 120 (D) mm, it weights 470 grams and has a copper base, aluminum fins, and six soldered 6 mm copper heatpipes. No fans are included but SilverStone's creation can be equipped with up to two (70 mm or 80 mm) fans.

The NT01-PRO supports Intel Socket LGA775/1155/1156/1366/2011 and AMD Socket AM2/AM3/FM1/FM2 CPUs and has a price tag of €50.90.

SilverStone Debuts the NT06-PRO CPU Cooler

SilverStone has this week introduced the NT06-PRO, a SFF-friendly CPU cooler that promises 'superior silence and performance'. Part of the Nitrogon Series and based on the NT06-E model, this new cooler measures 140(W) x 82(H) x 139 (D) mm and features a copper base, six soldered 6 mm heatpipes, and a 120 mm Sleeve Bearing fan operating at 1,000 to 2,200 RPM.

The NT06-PRO supports Intel Socket LGA775/1155/1156/1366/2011 and AMD Socket AM2/AM3/FM1/FM2 processors and has a recommended price tag of €50.90.

Corsair Announces the Hydro H100i and H80i Liquid CPU Coolers

Thermolab Intros LP53 Low-Profile CPU Cooler

Korean PC cooling components maker Thermolab introduced LP53, a new low-profile CPU cooler. Measuring 100 x 94 x 53 mm (WxDxH), and weighing 410 g (owing to its material), the cooler is made of a dense copper fin stack that is arranged along the plane of the motherboard, to which heat drawn from a copper CPU base is conveyed by two 8 mm-thick copper heat pipes. The heatsink is ventilated by a 92 mm PWM-controlled fan, which spins at 1,000~2,000 RPM, with 16~27.1 dBA noise output. The cooler supports Intel LGA115x mount hole spacing, which makes it fit for LGA1156, LGA1155, and future LGA1150 socket types. It is priced around US $50.

Zalman Announces A Trio of CPU Liquid Coolers

Korean enthusiast PC components major Zalman announced a trio of closed-loop liquid CPU coolers, the LQ310, LQ315, and LQ320; which are designed to handle maximum thermal loads (Qmax) of 300W, 330W, and 340W, respectively. The USP for all three is an extremely dense copper micro-fin structures inside the main block, where heat is dissipated to the coolant. The three feature what is essentially the same block and pump, and differ with the size of the radiator.

The Radiator component of the LQ310 measures 153 x 120 x 25 mm, that of the LQ315 is slightly thicker, at 35 mm, and LQ320 at 51 mm. A Zalman-made 120 mm fan, with 900 to 2,000 RPM speed range, long life bearing, and 4-pin PWM control, is standard issue for all three models. All modern CPU socket types are supported by the three, including LGA2011, LGA115x, AM3+/AM3, and FM2/FM1. The LQ310, LQ315, and LQ320, are priced at US $85, $100, and $120, respectively.
