ROCKFISH Games has revealed the release date for their upcoming new expansion for EVERSPACE 2, their award-winning space looter-shooter RPG. EVERSPACE 2: Wrath of the Ancients continues the EVERSPACE 2 story, taking space pilots to new explorable star systems filled with fresh challenges and never-seen-before enemies to overcome. The expansion will launch on Steam, GOG, Xbox, and PlayStation May 12, 2025 and will be priced at $29.99 / €29.99 / £24.99 / ¥3900, fully voiced in English and German.

EVERSPACE 2: Wrath of the Ancients adds new post-game and side quest storylines to Cluster 34. Players will discover four new explorable star systems each with multiple locations packed with new enemies, secrets, and puzzles, as well as a new spaceship, introducing a new playstyle through powerful ability combos.

Over 500 games and applications feature RTX technologies, and barely a week goes by without an incredible new game integrating NVIDIA DLSS, NVIDIA Reflex and advanced ray-traced effects to deliver the definitive PC experience for GeForce RTX players. Following the DLSS-accelerated launch of Manor Lords, this week sees DLSS 3 arrive in EVERSPACE 2 and Gray Zone Warfare. Additionally, MotoGP 24 is launching with DLSS 2, and the NVIDIA RTX Remix modding toolkit has upgraded to DLSS 3.5 with Ray Reconstruction, enabling RTX Remix mods to benefit from its fidelity-enhancing technology. ROCKFISH Games' EVERSPACE 2 is a fast-paced single-player spaceship shooter with exploration in space and on planets, tons of loot, RPG elements, plus mining and crafting. Since 2021, GeForce RTX gamers have been able to accelerate their EVERSPACE 2 frame rates in both the Steam and Game Pass versions of the game using DLSS 2. Now, the new EVERSPACE 2 Incursions update has docked, upgrading the game to Unreal Engine 5, introducing improved Lumen Global Illumination lighting, and adding a ton of new gameplay features.

Greetings, Pilots! With EVERSPACE 2 now successfully available on PC and current-gen platforms, it's time for our first free update! Our Armed & Dangerous Update is available now on all platforms. This free update is gear-focused and brings a few community-requested features, as well as a slew of tweaks and bug fixes. At its heart, EVERSPACE 2 is a looter-shooter and what every good looter-shooter needs is MORE ITEMS. With the latest update, we bring 10 new item sets, 2 new companion perks, 4 new ship perks for each class, 4 new catalysts for crafting, 15 new Tier 4 wing modules, and more to EVERSPACE 2.

We've also added more than 40 new item attributes to the loot pool, giving you all a greater variety of potential combinations to fit together. We can't wait to see the amazing builds you'll create! Now, we've already anticipated that many players will be seeking that one perfect piece of gear to complete a build and to aid you, we've added a new gear modifier action feature that allows re-rolling of bonus attributes.
