The iKKO OH10 holds a soft spot in my heart because it was the first set of IEMs I ever reviewed here on TechPowerUp. I dare say it's also the set that made iKKO famous and was among the most popular offerings from the brand until it was discontinued last year. Those who wanted to see what was going to replace it would be happy to know iKKO has new OH10S IEMs out now which continues the use of a hybrid driver configuration courtesy a 10 mm titanium-coated dynamic driver and one Knowles 33518 balanced armature driver per side as part of an advanced crossover circuit. The face plates use photochromic glass that allow a look at the electronics underneath which makes for a color shift from black to dark blue depending on the incident light. It uses similar copper alloy shells as before and comes with a nice set of accessories. The new iKKO OH10S sells for $219.99 from authorized retailers such as HiFiGo for those interested.
