Today, Memblaze officially announced the launch of PBlaze6 6530 series PCIe 4.0 enterprise SSD oriented towards the mainstream market after releasing the first PCIe 4.0 PBlaze6 6920 ultimate SSD series in April. Based on the Memblaze self-developed Unified Framework Platform (MUFP), the PBlaze6 6530 series supports NVMe 1.4 specifications and adopts the latest 176-layer enterprise level 3D eTLC NAND flash memory. Compared with its predecessor, the PBlaze6 6530 series features higher endurance, significantly improved performance, with Random Read reaching up to 1100k IOPS. PBlaze6 6530 series enterprise SSD supports PCIe 4.0 x4 interfaces and enjoys superior Read/Write bandwidth. With latest 176-layer enterprise 3D eTLC NAND flash memory and MemSpeed 4.0 technology, it can provide 4K Random Read performance up to 1100k IOPS, 4K Random Write performance exceeding 425K IOPS, and sequential Read/Write bandwidth reaching 6.8 GB/s and 4.8 GB/s, respectively. Memblaze Launches Enterprise-class PBlaze6 6920 Series PCIe4.0 NVMe SSD Based on MUFP

Memblaze today announced its first PCIe4.0 NVMe SSDs PBlaze6 6920 Series, which represent its 6th-generation enterprise SSD products. This Series is developed based on Memblaze's self-developed MUFP (Memblaze Unified Framework Platform), a unified framework platform for the development of all subsequent products of the firm.

The MUFP enables flexible decoupling among modules, improves the reusability and flexibility of firmware, and strengthens the cross-platform capability of firmware algorithm through software layering. The solutions based on Memblaze's MUFP are compatible with different controllers and NAND flash memory, thereby significantly improving the R&D efficiency of enterprise SSDs, shortening product development cycle and time to market, and meeting fast-changing market demands.

Memblaze Announces the Low-power PBlaze5 520 Series NVMe SSD

Memblaze today announced the release of low-power enterprise-class PBlaze5 520 Series NVMe SSD, which can meet the demand of energy conservation of green data center. The PBlaze5 520 Series NVMe SSD adopts 96-layer 3D eTLC NAND, provides capacity ranging from 1.6 TB to 3.84 TB, and comes in both 2.5" U.2 and HHHL form factors, offering flexible options for enterprises to deploy green data center. The PBlaze5 520 Series consists of models such as PBlaze5 C520, PBlaze5 D520, PBlaze5 C526 and PBlaze5 D526.

The Memblaze PBlaze5 520 Series employs 8-channel architecture, offers up to 520K random read IOPS and 3.3 GB/s read bandwidth, with read and write latencies lowering to 85μs and 15μs respectively. All these features contribute to the 6-fold improvement in its performance compared with enterprise-class SATA SSD. The typical power consumption of this Series is only 9 W and the standby power consumption is as low as 4 W. PBlaze5 520 Series also supports accurate power control per watt, which can dramatically cut back on the Capital Expenditures (CAPEX) and Operating Expense (OPEX) of the devices in data center.

Memblaze Launches PBlaze5 920 Series Enterprise NVMe SSDs in AIC and U.2 Form-factors

Beijing Memblaze Technology Co., Ltd. today announced the launch of PBlaze5 920 Series enterprise-class NVMe SSD, which can greatly enhance user experience. PBlaze5 920 Series NVMe SSD adopts 96-layer 3D eTLC NAND with a capacity up to 7.68 TB, and comes in form factors of 2.5-inch U.2 and HHHL add-in card. Memblaze Launches New PBlaze5 Series NVMe SSDs

Memblaze Releases PBlaze5 PCIe NVMe SSD

Beijing Memblaze Technology Co., Ltd. today announced the launch of its next generation of PCIe NVMe SSD products, PBlaze 5 700 and 900 series, for hyper-scale data center deployment and for enterprise mission critical applications, respectively. PBlaze5 utilizes high-quality 3D Enterprise-level TLC NAND and supports NVMe 1.2a protocol, with SSD user capacities up to 11 TB.

PBlaze5 comes in 2.5-inch U.2 and HHHL add-in card form factors and provides high performance 6GB/s read bandwidth (128KB) and >1M IOPS random read (4KB), with typical read write latency of 90/15μs. PBlaze5 U.2 interface is hot plugable, hot removable and hot swapable, effectively reducing data center operation complexity.
