Buffalo today also announced its newest external hard drive series, the MiniStation Cobalt HD-PEU2. Coming in capacities of 250GB, 320GB and 500GB, the HD-PEU2 is based on 5400 rpm hard drives. Buffalo's MiniStation Cobalt HD-PEU2 uses USB 2.0 interface. The case color options are Blue Onyx, Ruby Red, and Pearl White. Its software bundle includes Memeo AutoSync Software for file syncing and SecureLockMobile for data encryption.
