The Lexar SL200 Portable SSD is priced quite competitively at $120 for 1 TB. In our testing, we found good sequential transfer rates that are considerably higher than what you'll get from any HDD-based enclosure, and with 300 GB, the pseudo-SLC cache is very large, too.
The Lexar NM620 uses a custom DM620 flash controller from Lexar. In our real-life performance testing, we saw good performance results despite the lack of a DRAM cache chip. With over 200 GB, the pseudo-SLC cache is also large enough to handle all bursts in write activity.

Lexar's new FireWire 800 CF Card Reader uses the powerful interface to offer unprecedented bandwidth with allows you to optimally use the latest CF card technology. While the traditional USB interface is limited to a maximum of about 30 MB/s, the FireWire interface goes up to 100 MB/s. Clearly a difference if you move a lot of files to and from your CF card.

Lexar's new entry level 8 GB SDHC card is quite unique. It is both reasonably priced and offers really good performance for a "Class 2" card. Actually the card surpasses the Class 2 requirements in our testing. At around $50 quite a nice achievement.
