A Closer Look

The Predator Talos sticks feature a two-tone black and white theme.

The Predator Talos has a heavy-duty black aluminium heat spreader along with white plastic accents.

The specifications are a 3600 MHz XMP profile at 18-20-20-42 timings and 1.35 V, great specifications for a Ryzen-based system. There is a silver Predator logo in the center of each stick.

This Predator Talos 3600 MHz is single-sided. This spec of the Predator Talos utilizes Micron ICs on an 8-layer PCB.

I like to weigh a stick from each kit I get as the difference in mass can be pretty drastic between kits. Mass is not the best indicator of cooling efficiency because material can matter, and of course, heat dissipation is reliant on surface area, not volume or mass. That said, it is still interesting to compare.

The Predator Talos comes in at 97.91 g on my scale. For height, the Predator Talos 3600 MHz comes in at 46.03 mm with my calipers, just over the 45–50 mm average.
