Alphacool is a premier brand in custom water-cooling components, kits, and all-in-one liquid coolers, with a long, award-filled history of providing PC enthusiasts good quality products. Alphacool basically has every angle covered by offering radiators, fans, fittings, pumps, reservoirs, CPU blocks, GPU blocks, and all-in-one solutions. As such, it is easy to see why they remain a go-to option for enthusiasts looking to liquid cool their rigs.


Today's review is of Alphacool's 240 mm version of their latest AIO series, the Core Ocean T38. While previous designs used copper radiators, Alphacool has transitioned to aluminium for this series. While reducing overall costs, it doesn't appear they cut any corners, as our review sample is more than just a stereotypical 240 mm AIO. It has a much thicker radiator, coming in at 38 mm compared to the usual 27 mm. Meanwhile, the radiator also has more coolant channels for improved cooling capacity. It will be interesting to see if the thick aluminium radiator can outshine some of the other 240 mm competitors.
