When it comes to protecting the Eisbaer LT 240, Alphacool uses a box that measures in at 34.2 cm long, 25.4 cm wide, and 14.7 cm tall. Front and center is an image of the pump/CPU block as it fades into the black box. Alphacool's logo is prominently displayed along with the sockets the cooler supports. The back details much of the same with a close-up of the fittings on the radiator.


The other four sides are much the same, as shown. On the longer sides, you will see Alphacool's website URL, while the shorter sides show off their logo. Otherwise, at least on the box, you will find no specifications, listed features, or anything else really. In all honesty, I don't dislike that, but it certainly isn't the normal approach. That said, it was the same way on the original Eisbaer as well, so I am not surprised.

The box, once opened, reveals everything encased in a cardboard shell with a thin layer of foam on top. Typical of most all-in-one liquid coolers, I see nothing amazing or bad, just adequate protection for the product and nothing more.


The Eisbaer LT 240 just so happens to support every modern socket you can think of, even some legacy and server sockets. Well, everything except TR4, that is. Suffice it to say that everything you will need is provided.
