AOC U28G2XU2 Review

The Package

The AOC U28G2XU2 comes in a dark box that depicts the monitor from the front and back and lists its key features. The box was delivered to me with extra angled strips of cardboard affixed to all of its edges, which further improved its sturdiness and protected the insides.

The monitor is bundled with DisplayPort, HDMI and power cables. Surprisingly, there's no USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-B upstream cable in the box, so you'll have to buy one on your own. This is a weird thing to cheap out on. You also get a user manual, an energy label, and a blue place mat for your cups. There are probably some files on it, but as I've stopped using CD players around 10 years ago, I'm going to have to leave you guessing.
