I avoid using parts from other reviews even if I partook in them, but will make an exception here since Erasmia describes AQIRYS in detail in the Calypso chair review.

"AQIRYS is a Romanian company with over 15 years of experience with IT products and hardware. They state that their goal is to manufacture various affordable products using high-quality materials. Thirteen years ago, the brand was all about PC modding and overclocking in its beginnings. As their logo is supposed to resemble a galaxy, most of their product names are celestial bodies, with fun facts on each respective product page an excellent way to learn about the universe!"


I took a look at the Pulsar page and learned something new: "From Earth, pulsars often look like flickering stars, but they aren't stars, or at least they aren't "living" stars. They are very fast-spinning neutron stars that form when a star more massive than the sun runs out of fuel and collapses on itself. A pulsar can spin between 5000 to 40000 times per minute, and the magnetic field can be as strong as one cubic meter of it could contain more energy than has ever been generated by humankind."

This is impressive—more energy in a cubic meter than we have ever generated! Moreover, compared to SuperNOVA, which EVGA uses, Pulsar is a much more suitable name for a power supply since it doesn't imply an explosion. In today's review, I will look at the Pulsar LS White 750 W. The Pulsar LS White line comes in capacities of 550 W, 650 W, and 750 W. The first two are 80 Plus Vanilla, while the latter is 80 Plus Bronze. The Pulsar LS White 750 W is also Bronze certified for efficiency and Standard+ (38.5 dBA average) for noise output by Cybenetics.
